We believe it is our responsibility to provide efficient, caring customer service. We usually dispatch orders at the same day before 2:30pm (excluding Saturday and holidays). We dispatch by international delivery throughout the Australia & New Zealand and other countries such UK, European, United States, Canada, Indian.

We have warehourse in Australia / United States / United Kingdom / Germany / Canada / Dubai / HongKong China. The shipping way have AUPOSTGH, Royal Mail, USPS, DHL, Fedex, DEHEM, HongKong Post, you can expect the standard shipping rate service delivery in 1 to 5 business days after being confirmed. If you're urgent, we can arrange the express service such as AUEXP, DHL, Fedex and UPS, EMS, Please contact us. The shipping fee will be added based on weight and size of the goods.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable. If you want to change address, please contact us in time. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address.

We can dispatch the parcel from HongKong store if the item ordered is out of stock in the local warehoure, without extra shipping postage.

Most of the items we carry are in stock and will be shipped on the same day you place your order (excluding Saturday and holidays).


Local express delivery uauslly takes 2-5 business days, we ensure that you receive goods in a week.

Return

If we sent you a wrong goods, or goods quality problems, we will be responsible for the return postage fee.
If buyer ordered a wrong goods by yourself and want to exchange, the buyer will be responsible for the return postage fee.

If you want to cancel the order after your parcel has been dispatched or shipped out, or you want to return the parcel after you received, the buyer will be responsible for all the shipping expenses (including the original shipping, handling charges and return postage).

If you want to cancel the order after your parcel has been dispatched or shipped out, or you don't want to receive, we may give up the parcel returning, the buyer will be responsible for all the shipping expenses (including the original shipping, handling charges and return postage).

 

About Exchange, Return Policy
All returns must have a RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) for processing. Please contact our customer service department to obtain approval as well as the RMA. According to our specified address to return, filling in the matters and mark RMA on the outside of the package which should be clearly displayed on the return-shipping label of the package. Packages without a RMA will not be accepted or refunded, and may be refused when received.

Once buyers return, please be sure to send us a return delivery receipt and tell us return shipping postage costs(if having tracking number please attach). After we confirm that the goods has been returned to delivery actually, we will re-sent a new one to you as soon as possible, we will use standard shipping ways by default. In the special case, we can use express delivery.

About return postage fee: Please customer must use snail mail (small mail or standard airmail)to return less than 10 AUD, we will pay you return postage fee after we received the parcel. If customer rerurn parcel with high postage fee, we only refund the shipping postage fee of order.
For free shipping, we will share half of the responsibility, about 5 AUD.

If we sent you a wrong goods:
If buyer want to exchange, please send us a photo about the parcel you received, we need to check if it is our goods. If it belongs to our warehouse sent the wrong goods, our customer service team will arrange exchange or return.
If buyer do not need exchange, and want to refund, our customer service team will arrange you return the parcel. We will refund you goods costs and the return postage fee, once we received the parcel.

Belong to the defective product quality:
If our customer service team still can not help you solve the problem, we will arrange you return and exchange a new one. We will check and test the return goods, if it's really something wrong with the quality, we will refund the buyer's return postage fee.
If buyer do not need exchange, and want to refund, our customer service team will arrange you return the parcel. We will refund you goods costs and the return postage fee, once we received the parcel.

If it's the fault of buyer:
If buyer order a wrong goods and can't use it, we can arrange return and exchange.
If buyer do not need exchange, and want to refund,our customer service team will arrange you return the parcel. But buyer will be responsible for the return postage fee.

For clearance products:
If we hace clearance products, we will be marked low price.If there is some quality problem, we can arrange exchange and bear the shipping postage fee. If customer want to refund, we just refund the goods costs and the customer will be responsible for the return postage fee.

About Custom Fee:
Sometimes the goods was detained by the customs unfortunately,if you need go to the Customsde to take your parcel, please request an invoice to us in advance, we can ensure the customs fees for free. If you inform us after you took your parcel, we are not responsible for customs fees.

Special Note:
1. Sometime exchange caused by various reasons,we can undertakes various expenses. If the buyer insists on refund and return, we only refund the goods cost. If we sent a wrong goods or defective goods, we will refund the goods cost and return postage fee.
2. If you need us pay your extra expense you had to paid, and agree to exchange a new goods. Please send us a variety of payment receipt you paid, after we check, we can refund.
3. In a particular case, you received a wrong goods,please help us keep it temporary. When other customer need it, you could help us forward to them, we can pay you postage fee.
4. We can dispatch our adapter to the places all around the world, once you buy our charger, we will distribute a free power lead which meets the local national standard. If you find the adapter connector is not appropriate, please purchased a converter plug in local, the fee is only about 2 AUD. In addition, we also suggest you install a voltage stabilizer at home. The voltage stabilizer is used to avoid voltage instability which may cause the premature damage of the adapter, meanwhile it can avoid computer suddenly loses power which lead to the data lost.

Quality Warranty:
1. Warranty period is three year from the date of original purchase. Defective products must be returned within three months since the issue date of order. Otherwise, only replacement can be made, no refund.
2. After three months, if you want to exchange,the buyer will be responsible for all the shipping postage fee.

This warranty is not valid if any label is removed or if the battery pack has been modified, improperly charged, improperly installed, neglected, overcharged or misused in anyway.

This warranty does not cover batteries that have been subjected to "memory effect" (due to insufficient conditioning) overcharging or other abuse and misuse.
