Can I choose shipping methods other than the shipping method you provided, such as UPS or FedEx?

A: Yes, if your order weights more than 30lbs. If your order weight less than 30lbs, it's not cost effecient to use FedEx or UPS and the shipping rate will cost much more than using airmail.


Can I ship to an address other than my billing or confirmed address?

No. In order to combat internet fraud and protect our customer, we can only ship to the customer's billing address which is verified with the credit card issing bank.


Do you offer combine shipping or any shipping discount on large purchased?

Since we calculate shipping rate by quantity, you enjoy the shipping discount automatically. The more you purchase, the more you save.


Is there a wholesale price for bulk/volume purchases?

You will receive a wholesale price list by email. In order to be qualify as a wholesaler, you need to meet either one of the following conditions: 1) Your total purchase for past 30 days exceed USD $2000. 2) Your order exceed $1000 in a single purchase. If you believe you are qualify as a wholeseller, please write a email to: info@batteryplus.com.au. We will process your request in 24 hours.


How do I check my order status?

Your order status can be easily found on your email inbox. Below is our typical processing time. Your total ETA would be the Processing time + Time in transite. Day 1 Day 2 Order received Process your order, and make it ready for ship Shipped by HongKong Postal, a tracking # will be provided.


I just completed an order and my payment is cleared. When will it ship?

Orders generally ship within 2 business days of when the payment is received


Can I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel or change your order by contact us info@batteryplus.com.au . However, if the order has been market "shipped", You will not able to cancel or change the order.


What is your return policy. Is there a restocking fee if I want to request for return?

We do not charge restocking fee, but we do have few simple return policies. Request for refund must be made within 7 days of receiving date. Request for replacement must be made within 30 days of receiving date. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will issue you a store credit of your purchase value. Shipping and handling is NOT refundable. The shipping costs of returning any defective merchandise will be the sole responsibility of the customer.


My product is defective and I need to get a return or replacement, what should I do?

Simple. sent an email to us info@batteryplus.com.au , "Request RMA and return shipping address" Pack the return according to the instruction and ship it back to us. A replacement will be ship to you once we received your return or the refund will be credited to your account if you requested.


How come I never received your order confirmation email?
check your email's spam folder or send email to us request confirmation email again.


if the item is defected and I need the replacement battery urgently ,what should I do ?
send a copy of your return shipping receipts to us ,we will process your replacement in advance ! 5 USD security deposit need to pay , after the returned battery arrived ,we will refund the 5 USD security deposit

Can I use the laptop-battery receipt for product warranties?
Yes. You can get a copy of your receipt and a sales invoice by email

Since our operation center is located in Hongkong to reduce our over-head, we are not able to accept phone calls.
